Langston Memorial Services provides convenient locations to service our west side, north shore, south and south suburban families.

South Side Location

The south suburban location, located in Calumet Park, Illinois is located next to a cemetery that can be utilized by our families at their request. Deer roam freely on the grounds with their young doe as do other wild life such as mallard ducks, rabbits , a beautiful aray of blue jays, and cardinals. You can see turtles and beautiful gold fish in the pond that sits directly in front of the funeral home. The back drop of nature is a tranquil escape from the stresses of everyday life. The inside of the funeral home is a very nature inspired environment. You can view, from the beautiful chapel ,filled with tropical plants and natural light, all of the grounds from every direction. The peaceful ambiance makes our families feel more relaxed and able to better deal with their grief process. The foyer has a beautiful waterfall that is home to a beautiful South American Macaw. Seating capacity in the chapel is for 200. There is also a reception area that is equipped with all of the necessities to provide a luncheon, or refreshments before, during or after a service.
We are very proud of the service that we provide for our families and our families are very appreciative for the personal attention that they receive.

West Side Location

The west side location is situated in an area that is up and coming as far as real estate development is concerned. The chapel is quaint and is located in a neighborhood where families are a big part of the setting. The chapel has ample space, even though it is a building that was established in the early 1900's. It is the same homey feel that we at Langston Memorial have tried hard to maintain. Families can come inside and step into a past that is rich with history and warmth. We are very proud of our west side location and feel that our presence will be an encouragement for those that choose to participate in the development of this up and coming community.
